Mark Lowth – CEO

An Accountant by profession, Mark is an experienced Aviation Leasing professional, currently serving as director on a number of leasing boards with assets under management worth in excess of $0.75 bn. Mark has held several senior finance roles over a 30 year career, and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants since 1995. He also holds an MBA from DKIT, and a Diploma in Aviation Leasing and Finance from the Law Society of Ireland.

Tom Barry – CFO

Tom previously headed up the Corporate Banking Division in Ireland’s largest Bank AIB, and was director of AIB Capital Markets plc (a regulated Bank). While head of Corporate Banking, Tom grew the business from a Balance Sheet of €5bn up to €25bn. Tom was directly involved in the funding of several large Aviation Leasing transactions, and has significant experience in the recovery of Assets. Tom holds an MBA from Trinity College Dublin, and a BSc from University College Dublin.

Will Pascall – CCO

Will began his career in aviation as a commercial pilot before moving into aircraft leasing. With forty year’s aviation experience, he has significant expertise in all areas of Aircraft Leasing, Financing and Sales. Will has sourced, acquired, leased, and sold aircraft all over the world, and has been engaged in all types of aircraft financing, including cross border leasing structures, securitisations, ECA structures etc. Will has a deep technical knowledge of all Aircraft types and Engines.

Jack Gogarty – Non-Executive Chairman

Jack is an experienced Finance director with over thirty years of diverse experience in senior roles with the Coca-Cola Company. He has worked in Manufacturing Operations, and at Corporate Headquarters in Atlanta Georgia conducting Global business system implementations, and more recently establishing Global Business Service operations. Jack is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Certified Accountants, and holds a BSc in Management Studies from Trinity College Dublin, and a Degree in Business from DIT.

Chuck Kerrigan – President Aerlinks US

Chuck has a 40 year career in senior finance, commercial banking & wealth management roles. At AIB plc Chuck headed up a new U.S. region for corporate banking where he grew assets from $0 to $500m. As Senior Vice President of Wells Fargo’s Private Bank, Chuck became FINRA Series 7 and 66 licensed. His wealth management experience includes time as Director of Marketing for an ultra-high net worth, financial planning firm with AUM over $20bn.

Chris Spencer – Commercial Support

Chris has been involved in aviation leasing and asset finance transactions for over 30 years and has experience of originating, structuring, funding and executing transactions for airlines, OEMs and other major corporates.

He recently assisted Virgin Atlantic on a number of fleet financing projects involving both Airbus and Boeing wide body aircraft. Chris’ more general asset finance experience covers a variety of high value asset types across a number of different jurisdictions and financing structures including utility assets and shipping.

He has specific experience in the regional Aircraft Space, having set-up a regional lessor platform for one of his previous employers.

Chris has held senior positions within major financial institutions including NatWest Bank, ABN AMRO Bank and Bank of Scotland and has acted as a Director on bank owned leasing platforms.

Nigel Woods – Commercial Support, Structuring & Tax

Nigel Is a qualified tax advisor and chartered accountant with over 20 years in the financial services sector covering banking, reinsurance, aircraft leasing, securitisation and corporate trust structures.

For the last 13 years he has held senior roles and helped establish a number of trust companies in Ireland. He has specialised in aviation finance structures assisting and advising on a number of airline and lessor aviation platforms.

Over the years He has sat on the board of a number of bank leasing subsidiaries and export credit agency SPV structures.

He has acted as Director and Chairman to over 200 entities in Ireland across various asset classes and sectors including shipping, property, green energy, life settlements and holding company structures.
